Terms of Service

There are a few things you should know in advance before proceeding with your order.

• We provide same day deliveries for orders confirmed before 3PM. Order placed after 3PM will be delivered the following day or any other day as selected by the customer on the cart page.

• Once an order is received, there is no turning back. Refunds or changes is not allowed.

• Make sure the recipient’s number is correct. RM30 will be charged for re-delivery or incorrect address

• Delivery charges range from RM12 to RM30. It will added at the checkout when you select the preferred Delivery Options.

• There will be no returns for cakes that have been delivered due to the nature of the product

• Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

• If you would like to amend shipping address or message card, please call us at 017-353 6682 (Monday to Sunday, 9:00am to 6:00pm), changes are requested 24 hours before the intended delivery day.
